A leading global high-tech company is looking for an ambitious Motion Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Motion Concepts: Take ownership of the motion design vision for key projects, from initial storyboarding and style frames through to final animation and execution.

• Visual Storytelling: Translate scripts and creative briefs into engaging visual narratives, ensuring clarity, engagement, and educational effectiveness.
• Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with instructional designers, content writers, and other stakeholders, providing your expert perspective to ensure a cohesive and effective workflow.
• Brand Stewardship: Meticulously follow brand guidelines, ensuring all motion content is visually consistent and meets a high standard of quality.
• Post-Production: Perform video editing and sound design, integrating motion graphics to create polished and professional final products.
• Asset Management: Prepare, optimize, and organize visual assets and project files for efficient workflow and team use.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education & Experience: A bachelor's degree from a design college and 2-4 years ofprofessional experience as a Motion Graphics Designer at a design studio, advertising agency, or in-house brand team.
• Stellar Portfolio: A strong and compelling online portfolio or showreel is essential. It must showcase a diverse range of professional projects, demonstrating your expertise in motion graphics, 2D animation, and visual design.
• Software Mastery: High level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Core Design & Animation Principles: A deep understanding of fundamental animation principles, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling, backed by professional application.
• Proactive & Collaborative: A positive, problem-solving attitude. You are a strong communicator who can articulate design decisions, manage feedback gracefully, and work effectively within a team.
• Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, polished work.
• Language: High level of written and spoken English.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong illustration skills and experience creating assets from scratch.
• Proficiency with Figma for design collaboration and storyboarding.
• Experience working within a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of audio editing and sound design best practices.
