We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented accounting professional who is eager to make an impact. In this role, you will have the opportunity to play a key part in shaping and optimizing financial processes, contributing to strategic initiatives, and collaborating with a high-performing finance team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Accountant with 3+ years of hands-on experience who is ready to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced organization.

What You'll Do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• Deliver periodic management reporting packages and ad hoc financial analyses as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws and statutory reporting requirements.
• Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors and consultants during the annual audit.
• Support finance-related and cross-functional projects as required.
• Monitor and optimize cash flow and financial controls.
• Implement best practices in financial reporting and internal controls.
• Drive automation, efficiency, and scalability of finance processes.

.What You’ll Bring

• CPA qualification with Big 4 experience – Must.
• At least one year of post-internship experience, in a fast-paced, global company startup – Must.
• Strong ability to work independently, proactive, fast learner, and self-motivated.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with financial systems.
• Full fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS and experience applying accounting standards.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to details.
