What You’ll Do

As a Solution Director, you’ll take a leading role in our presales and solution design activities, serving as a key bridge between our clients and internal teams. You will:

• Lead end-to-end responses to tenders — including technical solution design, documentation, and commercial inputs.
• Engage early with customers (primarily law enforcement and security agencies) to understand operational needs and define the optimal solution.
• Work closely with Sales, R&D, Product, Project Management, and Marketing to shape customer-centric proposals and influence product roadmaps.
• Manage customer-facing activities:
• Conduct technical sessions and solution presentations.
• Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) and site visits
• Represent Septier in conferences, webinars, and industry events
• Translating customer pain points into actionable and compelling solutions that deliver value and competitive advantage.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a dynamic, independent professional who thrives in cross-functional, high-stakes environments.

Required:

• 4-year experience in a similar role - Must
• Proven ability to lead tender responses: from technical writing to solution creation and document delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-driven and proactive team player.
• Technical background in telecom networks (telephony, cellular, IP). - Advantage
• Experience in intelligence, security, or defense technologies. - Advantage
• Fluent English (written and verbal) – must.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Preferred / Advantageous:

• Additional languages.
• Possession of a foreign passport.
