We're Hiring: Motion Graphic Designer at a Leading Global Hi-Tech Company 🌍

Are you passionate about visual storytelling and animation? A leading global hi-tech company is looking for a creative and skilled Motion Graphics Designer to join our Product Enablement team in Tel Aviv.

In this role, you'll transform complex product concepts into clear, visually engaging motion content that supports learning, onboarding, and product education — all within a brand known and loved worldwide.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end motion projects — from concept and storyboards to final animation.
• Design and animate 2D motion graphics that simplify complex ideas and enhance product learning.
• Translate scripts and briefs into compelling visual narratives.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, content creators, and stakeholders.
• Follow brand guidelines with precision and care.
• Edit video, add sound design, and deliver polished multimedia assets.
• Manage, optimize, and organize assets and files for smooth workflows.

🎨 What You Bring

• 2–4 years of experience as a Motion Graphics Designer in a design studio, ad agency, or in-house brand team.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant design field from a recognized college/university.
• A strong online portfolio/showreel demonstrating 2D animation, motion graphics, and storytelling.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Deep understanding of animation principles, visual composition, color theory, and pacing.
• Great communicator and team player with a collaborative mindset.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to design excellence.
• Strong English – both written and spoken.

✨ Bonus Skills

• Illustration skills and the ability to create assets from scratch.
• Experience with Figma for storyboarding and design collaboration.
• Audio editing and sound design capabilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
