🎬 We're Hiring: Motion Graphics Designer
📍 Location: Tel Aviv, Israel
A global high-tech company is looking for a talented Motion Graphics Designer to join our Product Enablement team. If you're a creative storyteller with a passion for simplifying complex ideas through compelling motion design — this is your opportunity to make an impact on a global scale.
What you’ll do:
🎞️ Own and lead motion design concepts — from storyboarding to final animation
🎨 Create high-quality 2D animations and visual assets
📚 Turn scripts and technical content into engaging, easy-to-understand visual narratives
🤝 Collaborate with content creators, instructional designers, and other stakeholders
🔧 Follow brand guidelines meticulously and ensure visual consistency
🎧 Handle editing, sound design, and post-production for learning materials and product explainers
📂 Prepare and organize design assets for efficient workflow and reuse
What we’re looking for:
✅ 2–4 years of experience at a design studio, ad agency, or in-house team
✅ Strong portfolio/showreel showcasing your motion design skills
✅ High proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop
✅ Solid grasp of animation principles, composition, and storytelling
✅ A proactive team player with great communication skills and attention to detail
✅ High level of written and spoken English
Bonus points for:
✏️ Illustration skills and ability to create assets from scratch
📐 Experience with Figma for collaboration and storyboarding
⚡ Background working in fast-paced environments
🎵 Familiarity with sound design and audio editing best practices
