Head of German Commercial Lease Abstractor

Job Summary:

DealSumm, a company specializing in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) abstraction solutions, is seeking a full-time professional to support a project involving the review and management of German-language CRE agreements. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team focused on streamlining and enhancing how real estate data is structured and utilized across the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidates must be fluent in both German and English, and bring relevant experience in German commercial real estate law, management, or document abstraction. You’ll be responsible for monitoring and abstracting lease and property agreements, ensuring both linguistic and legal accuracy while working closely with our internal teams. A strong attention to detail, ability to interpret legal or operational real estate documentation, and comfort working in a fast-paced, remote environment are key to success in this role.

Experience with American Tower Cell agreements or other cell tower agreements is a big plus.
