We’re seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Team lead to take full ownership of our hiring strategy, processes, and execution — with the chance to shape how we attract top talent in a fast-evolving financial tech environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Build and lead the entire recruitment function from the ground up — define processes, tools, and KPIs.
• Manage end-to-end hiring for complex, high-impact roles — working closely with senior leadership.
• Partner with the VP of HR, HRBP`s, and hiring leaders to understand needs and drive solutions.
• Lead sourcing, screening, assessments, and offer processes.
• Work with external partners, recruitment platforms, and social media.
• Build our employer brand — lead creative campaigns and talent marketing initiatives.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor a future Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Position: Full-time with hybrid/flexible work options

Reports to: IBI`s Talent Acquisition Team Lead (Matrix reporting to Nextage VP HR)

What we're looking for:

• Academic background in Social Sciences or a related field – required
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including active sourcing – required
• (Bonus points for financial or Big 4 hiring experience!)
• Experience building or leading a recruitment function – required
• Experience managing a team – required
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills – required
• Experience with Adam ATS – a strong advantage
