We are looking for a Recruiter/HR Growth Partner to join our team. As a Recruiter you’ll be leading your startup clients, managing the full cycle recruitment process from definition to hiring and onboarding, while taking part in strategic decisions on a daily basis.

Tech recruitment, specifically for startups, is highly complex and process-driven. Building the foundation and channels for HR/recruitment processes, providing strategic consulting to internal hiring teams, locating and placing outstanding talent, and successfully onboarding new team members - is only a small glimpse of what we do! Each startup is unique in its character and goals, and it’s our job to ensure that the company grows at the right pace and in the right direction. Adhering to the highest standards, we are committed to helping startups maximize their full potential and become great companies.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-2 years of experience in Hi-Tech recruitment in-house or within agency
• Strong communication skills, dynamic, creative, independent, curious and committed
• Customer-oriented and results-driven
• You love explore new tools and look for new solutions
• Outstanding achievements (formal education or any other) - advantage
• Fluent English and Hebrew (both verbal and written)
