Maintenance Manager

We’re SEEKING FOR – Maintenance Division Manager | Senior Leadership Role at Rehovot Dairy

What will you do?

As Head of the Maintenance Division, you will lead managers, team leaders, and technical staff, and take full ownership of all maintenance activities at the site. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the division’s human capital: recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, feedback, and personal development.
• Defining and executing maintenance policies, including preventive maintenance and service strategies.
• Planning and executing all corrective and preventive maintenance activities, focusing on minimizing downtime (TDT) and equipment wear.
• Implementing preventive maintenance methodologies such as RCPS and FMEA to identify failures and prevent recurring issues.
• Managing the division’s budget, including service providers and spare parts procurement policy.
• Collaborating with Production, Logistics, Quality, and Technology departments to ensure effective and timely maintenance solutions.
• Driving process efficiency and performance improvement across the dairy.
• Leading safety processes and closing safety gaps across the maintenance domain.
• Managing contractors’ day-to-day operations and leading special projects.
• Driving continuous improvement and excellence in maintenance.

What are we looking for?

✔️ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering – must

✔️ Minimum 5 years in a senior management role – must

✔️ At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience – must

✔️ Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team development skills

✔️ Fast learner with a passion for improvement and innovation
