Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Intellectual Property Paralegal at Geyra - Kesten - Frydman. The position is based in Tel Aviv. Responsibilities include assisting with patent applications and preparation, drafting and formatting legal documents, coordinating with attorneys and clients, and providing support in intellectual property filing procedures and compliance matters. The Intellectual Property Paralegal will ensure smooth preparation and filing processes while maintaining efficiency and accuracy in all tasks.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Patent Applications and preparation processes
• Knowledge of Patent Law and Intellectual Property concepts
• Experience with Legal Document Preparation and formatting
• Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and relevant stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all legal documentation
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software is advantageous
• Previous experience or educational background in intellectual property law or a related field
