Bookkeeper & Payroll Specialist

We're hiring on behalf of our client  – an industrial Factory based in Rishon LeZion – for an experienced and independent Bookkeeper & Payroll Specialist.

This is a full-time, on-site position (not remote), and we're looking for someone highly experienced, detail-oriented, and fluent in both Hebrew and Russian.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle bookkeeping up to trial balance, including regular reports to tax authorities
• Payroll processing for up to 50 employees, including attendance, reporting, and compliance
• Daily work with Comax ERP – including inventory management modules
• Managing supplier accounts, customer billing and collections, and bank reconciliations
• Handling payments and managing cash flow
• Working directly with the group’s financial managers
• Collaboration with national retail chains

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Comax ERP, including inventory management
• Fluent in Hebrew and Russian – written and spoken
• Proven experience in independent bookkeeping and payroll processing- over 50 employees
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Availability for full-time, on-site work in Rishon LeZion (no remote option)
