GenAI Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive GenAI Integration Owner to lead the integration of Generative AI (GenAI) tools within our Autonomous Vehicle (AV) Validation Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for continuously monitoring the latest advancements in GenAI, forecasting their development trajectory, and strategically incorporating these tools into our validation processes. This role involves close coordination with similar GenAI activities throughout the company to ensure alignment, efficiency, and innovation.

What will your job be like?

• Continuously research, monitor, and evaluate emerging GenAI technologies and methodologies.
• Speculate and forecast advancements and applicability of GenAI tools to AV validation.
• Proactively identify opportunities to implement GenAI tools to enhance validation workflows and processes.
• Plan, initiate, and execute GenAI integration projects, including proof-of-concept demonstrations and full-scale deployments.
• Provide ongoing technical support and training to teams adopting GenAI tools.
• Maintain close collaboration and communication with parallel initiatives and stakeholders across the company to ensure alignment and knowledge-sharing.
• Track integration performance and continuously optimize tools and workflows.
  
  

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields - MUST
• +3 years of experience with Generative AI technologies, such as GPT models, image generation (e.g., DALL-E, Midjourney), and other relevant AI platforms.
• Strong understanding of Autonomous Vehicle validation processes and systems.
• Demonstrated project management skills, including significant experience initiating, leading, and delivering technology integration projects.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Passionate about AI innovation and continuous learning.
  
  

• Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in AI, Machine Learning, or related disciplines.
• Previous experience in AV/ADAS system validation.
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and development frameworks.
