Full Stack Team Lead

We’re a successful, well-funded startup in growth mode, looking for a Team Lead to join our journey and lead one of our core development teams.

What you’ll do:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a talented team of backend developers
• Take a major role in shaping the system’s architecture and technological roadmap
• Design and develop scalable, high-performance systems using Python and modern frameworks
• Work closely with Product, DevOps, and other tech teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Stay up to date with new technologies and drive innovation within the team

Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands-on backend development experience, with at least 3 years in Python/Node.js – must
• 3+ years of proven experience as a team leader – must
• Deep understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and cloud-based environments (preferably AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Experience with modern development tools and practices (CI/CD, containers, microservices)
• Passion for technology, innovation, and building great products
• Excellent communication skills and team player mentality
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
