Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and innovative Technical Recruiter to join our global HR team. If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this is the job for you!
In this temporary role, you’ll take ownership of the entire recruitment process—from sourcing and selection to onboarding and getting new hires started. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders across the company, ensuring a smooth and effective experience for both candidates and teams. You’ll also have the opportunity to support additional HR processes as needed.
What will you do?
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for global technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders (Finance, IT, Marketing) to define job requirements, create postings, and develop sourcing strategies.
- Lead recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives across social media, Glassdoor, and employee referral programs.
- Ensure a positive, professional, confidential candidate experience, maintain an accurate candidate database, and track recruitment SLAs.
- Oversee onboarding for new hires, including contract preparation, equipment setup, training arrangements, and acting as the main point of contact during onboarding and check-ins.
- Track and analyze recruitment and onboarding metrics to drive process improvements.
- Participate in and help lead HR and cross-functional projects, including process and system enhancements.
Requirements:
- Willingness to work in a temporary position for six months.
- 5+ years of full-cycle, in-house recruiting experience in a global tech environment- Must
- Excellent English (spoken and written); Must, high-level Hebrew is an advantage
- Strong organizational and communication skills- Must.
- Experience with ATS (preferably BambooHR) and LinkedIn Recruiter Lite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global HR team
- Relevant academic degree (advantage)
- Willingness to work from the office 4 times a week.
