Sales Operations Coordinator (Maternity Leave Replacement - 8 Months)

A leading investment firm in Tel Aviv is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to join its business development and sales headquarters team within the pension division.

What will your day look like?  

- Support and coordination of business processes in the sales HQ.  

- Managing agent promotions and contractual processes.  

- Serving as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.  

- Monitoring, reporting, and preparing performance reports for management.  

- Collaborating closely with marketing and sales teams.  

- Handling tender submissions, managing the sales department's budget, and running routine reports.  

- A dynamic, diverse role requiring independence, proactivity, and cross-functional collaboration.

Who is this position suitable for?  

- Previous experience in a similar role – a strong advantage.  

- Bachelor’s degree – an advantage.  

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.  

- Experience working with CRM systems.  

- Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail.  

- High service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, team player with self-sufficiency.  

- Fast learner with a proactive mindset.
