A small startup company in the Kfar Saba area that specializes in specialize developing resilient, secure communication solutions for unmanned systems and advanced autonomy for next-generation robotic platforms. Our solutions are deployed in real-world defense and commercial applications, ensuring mission-critical reliability in complex environments.

We are looking for a R&D Team Lead with expertise in Robotics, RF

 communication, and Autonomous Systems to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing Robotic Systems, Edge-Computing, and Autonomous Systems Structure . This role involves

working on Products And Engineering Management

 Responsibilities

·Develop and optimize autonomous navigation and robotic control algorithms. Implement and integrate RF communication protocols for real-time data transmission in UAVs and robotic platforms.

·Work with ROS (Robot Operating System) and other middleware for seamless system integration.

·Develop and test sensor fusion techniques using LiDAR, radar, IMU, and other perception sensors.

·Collaborate with hardware and embedded teams to integrate software with embedded systems.

·Optimize software for real-time performance, low-latency communication, and resilience in contested environments.

·Conduct simulations and field tests to validate autonomous behavior and communication performance.

Requirements

·Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

·5+ years of experience in software development for robotics and autonomous systems.

·Strong programming skills in C++, Python, and ROS.

·Experience with autonomous navigation algorithms, SLAM, sensor fusion, and path planning.

·Knowledge of RF communication, software-defined radio (SDR), and networking protocols.

·Experience in managing

·Experience with embedded systems and real-time computing.

·Familiarity with machine learning for perception (advantageous).
