About the Role

As HAAT’s Expansion Manager, you will lead the company’s strategic growth across new cities. This senior role requires a sharp operator with strong analytical skills and a track record in multi-stakeholder project launches. You’ll manage a cross-functional team, oversee pre-launch and post-launch operations, and ensure execution aligns with business goals

• s:Lead National Expansion: Prioritize and execute city launches, ensuring full operational readines
• s.Build & Manage Team: Drive performance and align expansion efforts with HAAT’s visio
• n.Launch Operations: Own market studies, hiring, partnerships, courier supply, and marketing for new citie
• s.Performance & Budget: Monitor KPIs, address gaps post-launch, and manage expansion budgets with a focus on RO

Qualificatio

• ns:7+ years in ops/strategy/expansion roles, preferably in startups or logistics platfor
