System Analyst

We’re looking for a System Analyst to join our team focused on savings systems. This is a key role involving the analysis and specification of complex client-server web-based systems, working in close collaboration with developers, QA engineers, fellow analysts, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and define complex business processes across multiple roles and stakeholders
• Write detailed specifications and use cases (UCs) for automation and system implementation
• Design user interfaces and screen flows (including UI/UX aspects)
• Work with class diagrams and object-oriented methodologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the full project lifecycle
• Ensure ongoing communication between business and development teams

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of proven experience analyzing complex business workflows in enterprise-level client-server web systems
• Hands-on experience with detailed use case (UC) writing
• Strong UI specification and screen design experience
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis (OOA), UML, and standard methodologies (e.g., MAFAT)
• Proficiency in working with relational databases and SQL
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel and thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Strong “can-do” attitude and initiative

Advantages:

• Hands-on experience defining and integrating Web Services
• Familiarity with JSON structures
• Prior experience in the insurance domain – strong advantage
• Background in cross-domain development – a plus
• Ability to read and understand Java code
• Experience working with NoSQL databases
• Experience with decision trees (e.g., Logist systems)
• Familiarity with Genesys systems
