Field Sales Representative

Our platform serves a wide range of clients – from fine-dining establishments to national chains – with an advanced technological system for reservations, daily operational management, and enhancing digital presence, all driving real business results.

We are looking for a Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and approaching new leads, conducting in-person meetings with potential clients, and driving adoption of Ontopo’s solution in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and meet potential restaurant and hospitality clients across the region
• Present and demonstrate the Ontopo platform to business owners and decision-makers
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
• Collaborate with the onboarding, support, and marketing teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in small medium businesses field sales – a must
• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management - a must
• Experience selling software/SaaS to hospitality businesses – advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to close deals and manage a sales pipeline
• Self-driven, proactive, and organized
• Fluent in Hebrew and English – required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field – advantage
