We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Device Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of proven experience in medical device sales, specifically within operating room environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers in hospitals and surgical centres, purchasing departments and medical engineering.
• Promote and sell cutting-edge medical devices, focusing on operating room applications.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and provide ongoing support to healthcare teams.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to effectively position our products.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably within operating rooms.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and self-driven.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
• High level in English; additional languages are an advantage.
