Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, managing key accounts, developing strategic sales initiatives, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our global footprint by fostering strong customer relationships, attending industry events, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and develop relationships with potential international clients.
- Manage and expand existing client accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with a strong focus on long-term partnerships.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing their needs and concerns proactively.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
- Provide market insights and competitive analysis to support business development efforts.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven track record in international sales and account management.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
