We're looking for a Bookkeeper to join our Finance department in Tel Aviv.

In this position, you'll be part of our growing finance department that supports group subsidiaries worldwide. The right person for the Bookkeeper job should be a team- player, detail- oriented, possess strong organizational and communication skills and aspire to specialize in a global & NASDAQ-listed company.

What You’ll Do

• Handle a variety of ongoing accounting duties including posting day-to-day financial transactions, bank reconciliations and payments in a multi-currency environment.
• Responsibility for month/period-end processes such as accruals, prepaid, cash, credit cards, etc.
• Check and submission of ongoing tax authorities required reports (VAT, WTHT etc.)
• Teamwork with company’s finance and business teams worldwide.
  
  

• Certified bookkeeper type 2-3 with proven experience of at least 2 years.
• Multitasker with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, focus and prioritizing skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• English – high level (writing, reading, and speaking).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in NetSuite – an advantage.
