Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative event marketing strategies aligned with our business objectives.
• Manage event budgets efficiently, negotiate contracts, and optimize costs.
• Create compelling event content and coordinate with subject matter experts for relevant material.
• Oversee all aspects of event logistics.
• Lead on-site operations during events, ensuring smooth execution and addressing any issues promptly.
• ROI Measurement: Measure the ROI of each event by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as attendance, lead generation, and brand exposure.
• Conduct thorough post-event analysis to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
  
  

• 4+ years of event marketing management experience, with a focus on worldwide exhibitions, conferences and hybrid events. preferably in a hi-tech company.
• Previous project management experience in a production agency, with a track record of handling international projects.
• Proven marketing and strategy capabilities with a high level of proficiency in English.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Creativity and the ability to devise impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
• Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel abroad as needed.
