A startup that develops and manufactures advanced life-saving medical device products is looking for a Mechanical Engineer.

Main areas of responsibility:

Design of various mechanical mechanisms
Design of pneumatic circuits
Planning and performing experiments at the component and system level
Performing analytical calculations with simulation support
Working with subcontractors in Israel and abroad, visiting suppliers for development activities will also be required

Requirements:

Mechanical engineering degree- mandatory
At least 7 years of experience in mechanical design - mandatory
Experience in designing complex mechanical mechanisms - mandatory
Experience in managing/leading a small team of engineers - an advantage
Experience in pneumatic systems - a significant advantage
Experience with medical device products - a significant advantage
Knowledge of manufacturing technologies such as: CNC, injection molding, packaging, 3D printing, casting - mandatory
Knowledge of the world of electromechanical components and the ability to work with suppliers in Israel and abroad - mandatory
Experience in leading development experiments, definitions, characterization, performing analytical calculations, producing reports and protocols - Ability to face challenges, ask questions and delve into new topics is a must
