🔧 What You'll Do:

• Define electrical interfaces between avionics boxes in cutting-edge missile and space products
• Manage end-to-end matrices for wiring models, from initial specifications to delivering tested prototypes
• Create comprehensive design documentation and technical specifications
• Participate in design reviews and system integration processes
• Lead project management including scheduling, budgeting, and change management
• Report directly to senior management on project progress and outcomes

🎯 What We're Looking For:

Must-Have:

• 3+ years of wiring design experience - Essential
• Strong background in electronics and electrical signal transmission
• Proven track record in technical design and implementation

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with military/defense standards compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering
