BRM Team Lead – Technology Division (OCIO & Enterprise PMO) – Central Israel

A leading unit within a large and central public organization is seeking a BRM (Business Relationship Management) Team Lead to manage and lead the strategic interface between the Technology Division and business units across the organization.

The role includes full responsibility for shaping and managing the division’s work plan, overseeing the IT and maintenance project portfolio, resource prioritization, and active partnership with senior leadership and the Enterprise PMO.

Requirements (Must-Haves):

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or Information Systems – required
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience leading a BRM or PMO team – required
• At least 3 years of experience managing technological projects while working closely with business units – required
• Strong familiarity with IT systems and Information Technologies – required
