QA & Integration Team Leader | Full-Time Position in Karmiel (Lasham Site)

A leading technology organization in the field of command and control systems is looking for a QA & Integration Team Leader to manage and lead testing and integration activities for high-end technological and defense-related projects.

🧩 Key Responsibilities:

• Professional leadership and management of the QA & Integration team
• Planning and executing end-to-end software and system testing processes
• Managing testing and integration environments, including configuration freeze and version releases
• Day-to-day collaboration with Development, DevOps, and System Engineering teams
• Supporting full system integration processes and customer acceptance tests on-site

📌 Requirements:

• Relevant academic degree (Information Systems / Software / Electronics)
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in software/system testing
• At least 2 years of experience managing a QA/Integration team
• Proven experience in writing test documentation (STP / STD / STR)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes, operating systems, networks, virtual machines, and databases
