Employment Type: Full-Time with On-Call Availability (nights and weekends)

Junior Monitoring & Automation Engineer to join our professional team. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career, eager to grow in a dynamic and technological environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Real-time monitoring of IT infrastructure including servers, networks, databases, and operating systems
• Detection and resolution of critical incidents, including after-hours and weekend support
• Development and implementation of automation processes using Apache NiFi or CAWA (Broadcom)
• Maintenance and operation of monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Netcool, SCOM, Elastic, and Grafana
• Close collaboration with infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, DevOps, and IT support teams
• Participation in on-call shifts for incident handling

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in monitoring/control environments – Must
• Familiarity with at least one monitoring platform (Zabbix, Netcool, SCOM, Elastic, Grafana) – Must
• Knowledge of Apache NiFi – Must
• Scripting experience in Python, PowerShell, or Perl – Must
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, Windows/Linux OS – Must
• Strong team orientation, responsibility, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure
