We're Hiring: Junior Monitoring & Automation Engineer
Employment Type: Full-Time with On-Call Availability (nights and weekends)
Department: Architecture and Monitoring Systems Development
Junior Monitoring & Automation Engineer to join our professional team. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career, eager to grow in a dynamic and technological environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Real-time monitoring of IT infrastructure including servers, networks, databases, and operating systems
- Detection and resolution of critical incidents, including after-hours and weekend support
- Development and implementation of automation processes using Apache NiFi or CAWA (Broadcom)
- Maintenance and operation of monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Netcool, SCOM, Elastic, and Grafana
- Close collaboration with infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, DevOps, and IT support teams
- Participation in on-call shifts for incident handling
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in monitoring/control environments – Must
- Familiarity with at least one monitoring platform (Zabbix, Netcool, SCOM, Elastic, Grafana) – Must
- Knowledge of Apache NiFi – Must
- Scripting experience in Python, PowerShell, or Perl – Must
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, Windows/Linux OS – Must
- Strong team orientation, responsibility, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure
