Overview
- Performing salary calculations for the production of monthly salaries for employees
- Dealing with hiring and leaving employees
- Work with diverse information systems
- Continuous input of employee attendance data
- Checking the correctness of monthly attendance reports
- Checking the pay slips of the employees while taking full responsibility for their full integrity
- Completing a table of salary notes
- Distribution of pay slips to employees
- The transfer of payments to funds and institutions
- Answering employees' questions and providing service to employees on salary matters
- Entering data in the various systems both for the benefit of hiring employees and at the end of work
- Work with diverse computer systems such as: Harmonic Signal, ADP CELERGO, other software from ADP if necessary.
- Change of salary year: filling out the 101 forms and transferring them to the external payroll account according to the schedule and using the dedicated systems.
- Required education: Complete high school/Bachelor's degree - mandatory
- Experience: 3 or more names of proven experience in the field of payroll accounting
- Languages: Hebrew, English - a significant advantage
- Required personality characteristics: reliability, great accuracy, good expression in writing and in writing, initiative, excellent human relations. Ability to study independently, work in cooperation with internal and external parties, very good communication skills, helpfulness, patience and tolerance
