Global Supply Chain Lead

Location: Israel, Bar Lev Industries

Reports to: EMEA Applications manager (IT Department)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Specialist with deep expertise in supply chain and production planning to lead the implementation and support of new supply chain software globally.

This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end system deployment, configuration, integration, and ongoing support to optimize supply chain planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Specialist and the Focal Point for Operations and Supply Chain
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of new software globally, ensuring alignment with business objectives and supply chain strategies.
• Partner with internal teams, business units, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration with existing ERP system .
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency within the system.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users to enhance adoption and proficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of supply chain processes, including demand planning, production planning, inventory management, and logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT project management, supply chain systems implementation, or ERP software support.
• Extensive knowledge of supply chain processes, including demand planning, production planning, inventory management, and logistics.
• Proven track record in leading IT software projects, especially in supply chain and production planning.
• Experience with ERP. Priority developer – Advantage
• Understanding of API integrations. API developer – Advantage
• Experience from a global company, including supporting teams in remote sites – Advantage
