DevOps Team Lead

We’re a fast-moving fintech company running on a multi-account AWS setup, with high adoption of AI across the organization. As our DevOps Team Lead, you’ll be the cornerstone of our infrastructure efforts—owning everything from IAM strategy and secure access to database integrations and platform automation.

This role is about more than keeping systems running — it’s about building a platform that empowers fast, secure, and scalable development. In a company that embraces high AI adoption across internal tools and automation, you’ll help ensure the infrastructure supports both traditional workloads and emerging AI-enhanced workflows. You'll work closely with engineering, data, and automation teams to create a robust environment that supports rapid iteration without compromising on reliability or compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and implementation of our multi-account AWS infrastructure
• Integrate services like RDS, MongoDB Atlas, Snowflake, and Azure SSO
• Manage and improve GIthub Action CI/CD pipelines and automated workflows
• Drive automation efforts, including AI-powered monitoring, deployment, and operations tooling
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to support infrastructure for model training, serving, and evaluation

Requirments

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering
• 2 years in a leadership position
• Proven experience as a DevOps or Platform Team Lead, with a track record of managing high-performing infrastructure teams
• Deep understanding of AWS services, Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform, and CI/CD systems
• Experience designing reliable, observable, and self-healing systems
• Familiarity with SRE practices such as SLIs/SLOs, incident management, and postmortem culture
• Comfortable working in an environment with high AI adoption, supporting internal automation and AI-assisted workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills, a builder’s mindset, and a passion for platform scalability and resilience

Bonus Points

• Background in fintech or other regulated industries
• Experience setting up compliance-ready workflows (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001)
• Passion for clean infrastructure architecture and “automating yourself out of the job”
