The Opportunity

We’re looking for entrepreneurial, well-connected professionals to join us as Commission-Based Talent Partners.

This is a fully remote, commission-only role that offers 25% of all invoices generated from clients you introduce. It’s ideal for someone looking to supplement their income, in-between roles, or already embedded within the tech ecosystem in Israel.

Who This Role Is Perfect For

• Ex-tech operators or consultants with hiring or commercial experience.
• Professionals who are well-networked in the Israeli tech and innovation community.
• Those with strong C-suite or hiring manager relationships in scaleups, fintech, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, Web3, or emerging tech firms.
• Individuals who understand the value of recruitment but prefer the flexibility of business development/referral roles.

Your Role Will Include

• Making introductions to hiring managers or decision-makers in tech companies across the GCC.
• Spotting opportunities where Rekall can support scaling efforts through contract or permanent recruitment.
• Staying informed on digital transformation, startup trends, and ecosystem growth in the region.
