About The Role

As HW Project Manager, you'll lead hardware development projects from concept to production, ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of hardware development projects.
• Develop and maintain project roadmaps and timelines.
• Analyze marketing requirements to meet customer needs.
• Lead technical team meetings and facilitate collaboration.
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles.
• Manage external subcontractors.
• Oversee the transfer of products to production.
• Support verification & validation, CE marking, and FDA submissions.
  
  

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering - required.
• 3+ years leading mechanical design for electromechanical systems.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or other CAD software.
• Strong understanding of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and production technologies.
• Excellent time and task management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Hands-on approach to electromechanical assembly and testing.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English.
