Financial Controller

The Associate Financial Controller supports the financial operations of the company by assisting in the preparation of financial statements, managing accounting records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting audits and reporting processes. This role is ideal for a professional with solid accounting knowledge and analytical skills, seeking to grow within the financial function of a dynamic company.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including supplier reconciliations.
• Assist in budget monitoring and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with external auditors during audits.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
• Provide financial insights and reports to support management decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance -must.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems – Priority ERP experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and professional ethics.
