Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Product Owner to join our dynamic team and lead the development of cutting-edge products in the Identity Access space.

In this role, you will define and manage the product backlog, working closely with R&D to ensure delivery of high-impact features that drive customer value. You’ll combine a deep understanding of SaaS environments, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of successful product delivery.

You will play a key role in delivering continuous value to our customers through a customer-obsessed, data-driven approach, maximizing ROI and aligning execution with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the vision, roadmap, and execution of Identity Access capabilities.
• Work closely with the Product Manager to deeply understand customer needs, technical constraints, and business context.
• Translate high-level product requirements into clear, actionable epics, user stories, and functional specifications for the R&D team.
• Create and maintain detailed functional documentation to guide engineering, architecture, and QA throughout the development lifecycle.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with roadmap objectives.
• Communicate the company’s strategic goals and product vision to development teams.
• Make informed decisions on scope and priorities based on stakeholder input and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate daily with R&D teams to support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and high-quality delivery.
• Align closely with architecture and security teams to ensure enterprise-grade scalability, security, and interoperability.
• Foster continuous feedback loops between stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure rapid iteration and value delivery.
  
  

• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment.
• Strong technical background, with a solid understanding of software development and architecture.
• Deep understanding of modern identity and access control concepts.
• Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and product development processes.
• Ability to collaborate with highly technical teams and translate architectural discussions into actionable plans.
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A self-starter with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive alignment across different units.
