This role is focused on team management, providing professional guidance, and taking hands-on ownership of QA processes. You’ll manage tasks and deadlines around release cycles, lead testing methodologies, and challenge your team to think critically and elevate their work.
What you'll do
- Lead a QA team working on both manual and automated testing
- Manage release cycle timelines and task execution
- Drive and improve testing methodologies
- Guide and mentor team members professionally
What you bring
- 3+ years of experience managing QA teams (manual & automation)
- Development experience in Python using Pytest, Selenium, or Playwright
- Hands-on QA/Automation background
- Bonus: cybersecurity experience
