Algorithm Engineer

The role includes-

• Working as part of a collaborative R&D team focused on advanced algorithm development in the field of Network Optimization
• Emphasis on performance, efficiency, infrastructure cost reduction, and optimization of communication systems
• Development of graph algorithms, performance optimization algorithms, and planning systems across distributed network platforms

Responsibilities-

• Conducting research, modeling, simulation, and prototyping of algorithmic solutions
• Integrating solutions into existing production systems
• Java development (approximately 30–50% of the role), focused on integration with existing systems (not infrastructure)
• Applying classical algorithmic techniques, statistical tools, and network data analysis to support research and development efforts

Job Requirements:

• At least a research-based Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field – mandatory
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Graph Theory or Graph Algorithms – mandatory
• Hands-on experience in coding and implementing algorithms, preferably in Java – mandatory
