Senior Product Designer

We’re looking for a passionate Senior Product Designer to join our product team. You’ll have the opportunity to shape core product experiences, influence design processes from the ground up, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and other stakeholders.

This is a high-impact role suited for a designer who is both analytical and empathetic, who enjoys tackling complex workflows, and who thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven environments.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with the Product design lead to define and execute the user experience across our investigative platform.
• Lead the full design process — from research and UX exploration, through usability testing, to crafting pixel-perfect UI and delivering final assets to development.
• Translate complex technical and investigative workflows into intuitive, human-centered interfaces.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define strategic solutions, and design exceptional products that align with business objectives.
• Help shape our design system, pattern libraries, and UX documentation
• Advocate for user needs while balancing product and business priorities

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in UX/UI/product design roles (mid to senior level)
• Experience designing for complex systems or platforms (e.g. B2G / B2B)
• Proven experience in tackling complex UX challenges and delivering intuitive solutions.
• Proven experience in initiating user research studies – e.g. usability testing, user interviews, A/B testing etc.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — you’re a people person
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to the development of early-stage processes.

Bonus Points

• Background in intelligence, security, or investigation platforms.
• Proficiency with Figma and ability to manage your own design files end-to-end.
