About the Role:

Deliver impactful training sessions on general and specialized AI tools, platform and technologies. Learn and master new tools, and guide organizations in adopting them effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct workshops and training on AI tools (specific and fundamental)
• Customize training content to fit different organizational needs
• Develop instructional content, presentations, and training materials
• Support teams in implementing new AI technologies
• Stay up-to-date and quickly learn emerging AI tools

Requirements:

• Deep familiarity with the AI landscape and leading tools
• Fast and independent learner with strong technical understanding
• Proven experience in training, consulting, or organizational development
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
• Strategic thinking and business awareness

Bonus Points:

• Experience working in or with organizations on change processes
• Background in instructional design or training development
• Hands-on experience developing AI-based solutions
