Product Owner

We are looking for an Algo Product Owner for a temporary position (maternity leave replacement)

This is a unique opportunity to join our team and take a key role in leading the definition, development, and execution of algorithm-related products and features, working closely with multiple development teams to ensure delivery and alignment with business goals.

The Algo Product and Project Owner takes an active role in the definition, development, and execution of the product or feature. He/She works closely with the development teams responsible for managing the backlog items and monitors the team's progress and quality of deliveries. Supporting product development and execution towards achieving the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as lead PO to ensure the product/feature is developed correctly across all development teams.
• Prioritize the team’s backlog according to business value and technical considerations.
• Monitor the team’s execution progress and coordinate all algo deliveries.
• Drive agile processes and best practices within the team to ensure efficient feature execution.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

• Degree in Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of direct experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Experience working with Jira.
• Strong capability in system analysis and familiarity with the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to oversee the development process and coordinate multiple products/features simultaneously.
• Strong matrix leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
• Experience in medical device development under regulatory standards– an advantage.
