About The Role

As a Marketing Designer at Connecteam, you'll be an integral part of our marketing design team, collaborating with stakeholders across the marketing department—from brand to performance. You'll work on a wide variety of cross-channel creative assets including landing pages, digital campaigns, social media content, presentations, booth design, and swag. This is a highly versatile role that requires strong conceptual thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to bring the brand to life across every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of design projects from brief to execution
• Create engaging marketing visuals across all touchpoints
• Develop consistent, high-quality design work aligned with our brand identity and our tone of voice
• Collaborate with content, campaigns, social, product, and other stakeholders
• Translate marketing messages into simple, compelling visual assets
• Elevate our global brand through every piece of creative work
• Support ongoing design needs for internal departments (events, HR, recruiting, CS and sales.)
  
  

• Degree in Visual Communication / Graphic Design – Required
• 3+ years of experience in marketing design at a product company, startup, or agency – Required
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing work – Required
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma – Required
• Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
• Experience designing for landing pages and web – Advantage
• Motion design / After Effects skills / Ai tools – Advantage
• Experience in B2B or SaaS – Required
• Excellent English communication skills – Required
