What is the role:

We’re looking for an energetic and highly motivated Project Manager to join our Customer Solutions team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a strategic function at the heart of a fast-growing company. You’ll work closely with leadership to help plan, execute, and track cross-functional projects that drive operational excellence and customer impact.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented- and above all, a go-getter. You’ll need to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple priorities, and build strong relationships across teams to move initiatives forward and get things done.

Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of cross-team strategic projects
• Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
• Coordinate follow-ups across internal stakeholders to ensure progress and accountability
• Maintain clear, up-to-date project documentation and reporting
• Surface risks and gaps proactively, and help develop solutions to address them
• Monitor team performance and surface insights to leadership on key operational trends
• Own task management and implementation workflows to ensure project momentum
• Help build and maintain strong internal communication and collaboration routines
  
  

• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a similar role (internships or military experience are also relevant)
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills - you build trust, communicate clearly, and aren’t afraid to nudge others to move things forward
• High energy, resourcefulness, and a proactive attitude - you see what needs to be done and make it happen
• Attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
• Comfort with ambiguity and flexibility in a changing environment
• Familiarity with tools like Asana, Monday, or similar project management software (a plus, not a must)
• Excellent English (spoken and written)
