Join a leading digital platforms company at the forefront of AI innovation. We’re looking for an experienced Full-Stack Development Team Lead to guide cutting-edge projects and shape the future of our platform.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor Full-Stack development teams, ensuring technical excellence and alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and Tech Leaders to define roadmaps and technical strategies.
• Drive the integration of advanced AI technologies (LLMs, Generative AI, Conversational AI, recommendation engines, etc.) into our platform.
• Champion the adoption of AI-driven development tools (e.g., Cursor AI) to boost efficiency, collaboration, and code quality.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with UX, QA, DevOps, and Data Science teams.
• Manage projects in an Agile environment, including risk management, stakeholder communication, and delivery.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of industry experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in Web application development using TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js.
• Deep understanding of Microservices architecture, API design, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB.
• Proven track record of integrating AI/ML tools such as OpenAI, Vertex AI, LangChain, or recommendation engines – a must.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor AI – a strong plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with modern dev tools: Jira, Confluence, Git, and CI platforms like Jenkins / GitHub Actions.
• Experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
