Product Designer

Natasha Denona, a globally recognized luxury makeup brand known for innovation and uncompromising quality, is seeking a Product Designer specializing in packaging design to join our in-house creative team. This is a unique opportunity to bring beauty products to life from concept to shelf.

Day-to-day:

• Lead the design of innovative and premium packaging for a variety of cosmetic products -including palettes, components, cardboard packaging and kits.
• Collaborate with product development, marketing, and suppliers to ensure designs align with brand aesthetics, functionality, and manufacturability.
• Create 3D mockups, renderings, and technical specs for production.
• Stay up-to-date with material innovations, sustainable packaging trends, and cosmetic packaging regulations.
• Ensure consistency across packaging systems and visual storytelling in alignment with the Natasha Denona brand identity.
• Oversee prototyping and guide the pre-production and production processes to ensure design intent is preserved.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in packaging or industrial/product design, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging design for physical consumer products.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop), and 3D tools (like Keyshot, Cinema 4D, or SolidWorks) – an advantage.
• Understanding of print processes, materials, and packaging production. -
• High attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for beautiful, functional design.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
