We seek a talented Full Stack Team Leader to lead a team of skilled developers focused on building scalable, cloud-based solutions in a microservices architecture. As our team leader, you’ll be hands-on with code while also shaping the technical vision, mentoring engineers, and working closely with product and design to deliver impactful features from concept to production

A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:

• Lead and mentor a team of Full Stack Engineers in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Own the full development cycle of features - from design and architecture to deployment and monitoring.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and user-centric web and mobile applications.
• Architect and oversee microservices, event-driven flows, and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Designers, and Algorithm teams to align technical execution with business goals.
• Promote engineering best practices, clean code, code reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Drive innovation and explore new technologies to improve system performance and developer productivity.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience in Full Stack / Backend / Frontend roles.
• 2+ years in a leadership position, managing developers or tech initiatives.
• Proven experience with Node.js and Angular (or React/Vue with willingness to switch).
• Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, asynchronous programming, and web security principles.
• Experience designing and building microservices-based architectures, with knowledge of API gateways, RESTful services, and message queues (e.g., Pub/Sub, Kafka).
• Deep understanding of multi-tenant SaaS systems, data isolation, and permission management.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure, including serverless and container-based services.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and testing frameworks for automated quality assurance.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and mentor engineers
