Senior Deep Learning Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Deep Learning Engineer to join our Algorithm R&D team and help shape the next generation of intelligent visual inspection systems.

In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of Deep Learning algorithms in production, working closely with a multidisciplinary team of researchers and software engineers to build real-world AI solutions that power our core technology.

A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:

• Lead the development and optimization of Deep Learning models for key Computer Vision challenges such as Object Detection, Classification, Segmentation, Anomaly Detection, and OCR.
• Build and maintain robust, scalable pipelines for training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring of models in production.
• Conduct research, prototyping, and benchmarking of algorithms using proprietary and real-world datasets.
• Take ownership of algorithmic modules from concept through deployment, including performance tuning and edge-device optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including MLOps, Data Engineering, Product, and QA, to bring AI features to life.
• Evaluate and integrate new tools, techniques, and frameworks in the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem.

Requirements:

• B.Sc or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Ph.D. is a plus).
• 4+ years of industry experience developing and deploying Deep Learning solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Python – must; C++ – advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar.
• Proven experience in Computer Vision applications, including detection, segmentation, classification, or tracking.
• Experience in delivering production-grade models and working with real-world noisy data.
• Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation metrics, and performance tuning.
• Comfortable working independently in ambiguous environments and rapidly shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex technical ideas.
