Job Description:

A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a product and team Manager for Marketing a Biological Drug and Implementing a New Product.

Location: Field position, Israel

Responsibilities:

• Launching a groundbreaking product and marketing an existing product.
• Strategic management of product marketing and product cycle management.
• Market analysis and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Building financial forecasts and a business plan and meeting growth and profit expectations.
• Managing a small team of representatives and analyzing sales processes.
• Working across the organization with various interfaces such as Medical, Market Access, and more.
• Promoting the digital strategy across various channels.

Requirements:

• Life Sciences degree – required (MBA preferred)
• 3-6 years of proven experience in product management in a global pharma company
• Experience in specialist medicine and biologics – a great advantage
• Proven business acumen and marketing skills
• Ability to lead tasks and people in a competitive environment
• Creativity and proactivity
• Extensive experience in digital marketing
• High level of English – required
