Product Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Designer who can take ownership, solve problems, and design experiences that are easy to use and enjoyable for our customers. If you’re someone who can work independently, collaborate with others, and turn ideas into great designs, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Take Ownership:

· Lead design projects from start to finish, managing timelines and deliverables.

Design Great Experiences:

· Create user-friendly designs for web and mobile platforms that look great and work smoothly.

· Think about how features work, connect, and move to give users a smooth experience.

Collaborate Across Teams:

· Work closely with Product Managers, engineers, and other teams to align on solutions.

· Share your ideas clearly and give feedback to improve teamwork.

Use Data and Insights:

· Use customer feedback and data to understand what works and what doesn’t.

· Test ideas, learn from the results, and adjust designs to improve them.

Solve Problems:

· Understand user needs and find creative ways to solve their challenges.

· Work within technical limits but push for the best possible solutions.

What We’re Looking For

Independent Worker:

· You take initiative and don’t need hand-holding to get things done.

Strong Designer:

· You have at least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio that shows your skills.

Data-Focused:

· You know how to use data to improve your designs and make better decisions.

Team Player:

· You enjoy working with others and can explain your ideas clearly.

Problem Solver:

· You think creatively to overcome challenges and find the best solutions.

Native-level English is a must

· Both written and spoken, as this role involves daily communication with global teams and partners.
