Senior System Analyst

We're Hiring: MIS Specialist (Management Information Systems)

📍 Location: Ra’anana | 🕐 Full-time, On-site Position

A leading global product company in the field of wireless communication for sports and outdoor enthusiasts is looking for an experienced MIS Specialist to join its growing IT team.

In this role, you will lead critical data integration initiatives, design robust interfaces between business systems, and support ERP and CRM optimization. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals and ensure high data integrity.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and implement seamless data interfaces between ERP, CRM, and internal platforms

• Lead end-to-end data migration and integration projects

• Optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, and usability

• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve business processes through technical solutions

• Manage MIS-related projects including timelines, scope, and resource allocation

• Ensure high data quality, consistency, and reliability across all platforms

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP/CRM/integration systems

What We’re Looking For:

• B.Sc in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

• 3–6 years of experience with ERP implementation and data interface design

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, ETL processes, and database management

• Knowledge of APIs and middleware tools for system integration

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams

• Experience managing technical projects using tools like Jira or MS Project

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms

• Familiarity with Priority ERP or other enterprise-level ERP systems

• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)

• Hands-on with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)

• Scripting skills in Python or similar for data transformation
