We are seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to oversee and optimize the financial operations of a global company. This role is critical in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment with the organization’s goals.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and professional growth.
Develop and enforce consistent accounting policies and internal controls to maintain regulatory compliance.
Oversee the preparation of consolidated and solo financial statements to ensure accuracy and transparency.
Drive monthly and quarterly financial close processes, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
Manage external audits, ensuring a smooth process and accurate financial disclosures.
Work closely with FP&A teams to oversee financial performance and manage departmental operating expenses.
Supervise global tax compliance and reporting, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations.
Requirements:
CPA certification – required.
5+ years of experience as a controller in a global company – must.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and global financial regulations.
Proven experience leading accounting and payroll teams.
Hands-on experience with offshore subsidiaries – must.
Background in a Big 4 accounting firm – advantage.
High-level English proficiency – required.
